Carrots in Dill Butter
      "Perfectly" tasty Summer Dish

448g baby carrots
25g margarine
4g chopped fresh dill
15ml fresh lemon juice
salt & pepper to taste


  • Place carrots in a saucepan wtih enough water to cover. Bring to a boil and cook for 10 minutes until tender.
  • Remove from heat and drain Gently toss with margarine, dill, and lemon juice. Season salt and pepper.

Serves 6-8
