Perfectly Easy Homemade Ice Cream
Ingredients: 600ml double cream 250g caster sugar 6 eggs, seperated 1tsp vanilla extract 3 large bowls Directions: - In first bowl, whip egg whites until stiff
- In second bowl, whip cream with vanilla until stiff
- In third bowl, beat egg yolks with sugar until creamy
- Add egg yolk mixture to cream mixture and beat again.Fold in egg whites and freeze for 24 hours.
