Delivery Delivery Our goal is to provide you with the finest quality chilled steaks and carvery joints and wines delivered in the best condition in environmentally-friendly packaging, ready to prepare on your scheduled delivery day. We use the national courier APC Overnight for all our deliveries to ensure premium service to your front door. All our orders are hand-packed by our service team to ensure every order is packaged and checked to our own high standards. Delivery Schedule Delivery Schedule Your order will be dispatched for overnight delivery and delivery details will be confirmed by email, usually within 24 hours of your order confirmation. Unfortunately it is not possible to stipulate a time for the day of your delivery - therefore, it is essential at the checkout process that you provide any special instructions for the courier should you be unavailable when the order is scheduled to be delivered. When ordering, you can arrange delivery to your workplace or to an alternative address if more convenient. Please be aware that your delivery could be affected by bank holidays, weather conditions, or other external forces. As next day delivery cannot be guaranteed for the Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, and the Isle of Man, we are unable dispatch orders to these areas. Our current delivery charge is £9.99 for all package orders & from £5.00 for all meat only orders. The exact shipping charges are specified on each product page when ordering. For all orders over 20kg, an additional .35p/kg will apply. We recommend you immediately refrigerate for use by the "use by" date on the label or freeze for future use for up to 3 months from the date received. Yes, it may be possible.
