Pan-Fried Cauliflower

2 large cauliflowers
4 tbsp olive oil
1 clove of garlic, minced
1 small bunches of chives, chopped
zest of one lemon
freshly grated Parmesan
salt & pepper


  • Prep cauliflower - cut into "tiny trees" about the size of a large grape. Rinse under cold running water and drain.
  • Heat oil over med-high heat and add cauliflower. Sautee until golden brown - about 6 minutes - and add garlic and cook for another 30 seconds.
  • Remove from heat and stir in zest, chives, and cheese. Serve immediately.

Tip:For different flavours, add curry powder, nutmeg, or dry harissa...experiment & have fun!
